Immersion-432Hz captures the intimate intersection between human beings and technology in a contemporary world. Real-time performative actions, enriched by audio and video support, become a mirror reflecting the various dimensions of this coexistence.
Humans and technology intertwine in a digital dance, where the body becomes the palette of expression and technology, the tool to delve into the hidden layers of our psyche. Images captured in the moment and synchronised sounds stand as silent witnesses to a complex relationship. Each bodily movement, every resonance, becomes a narrative in itself, forming a tapestry of human emotion and artificial intelligence.
JORDINA ROS / PERE ESTADELLA
We submerge ourselves at the cutting edge of contemporary art, seamlessly merging video art, videoperformance, and action art. Our backgrounds span fine arts, cinema, and various alternative disciplines in visual arts. We’ve been invited to participate in international festivals, bringing our artistic voice to diverse stages in Norway, the United Kingdom, Germany, Latvia, Serbia, Estonia, Spain, Mexico, India, England, and Italy. These experiences have allowed us to share our creations with global audiences and establish deep connections with fellow creators.
He stands out as an emerging talent in the field of multidisciplinary arts. His extensive experience as a musician, producer, and composer for videoperformance and audiovisual projects sets him apart. Additionally, he is an independent album producer, open to new sound and visual technologies.
The three of us work on transdisciplinary proposals that lead us beyond conventional galleries, allowing us to infiltrate alternative cultural spaces where our works come to life. Exploring the intersections between video, body, and interaction enables us to decipher fundamental questions about society, politics and identity. Breaking free from preconceived concepts and subverting established norms, we delve into the intricate fabric of contemporary human experience. We have had the privilege of participating in artistic residencies and prominent festivals at cultural centres, experiences that have broadened our horizons and allowed us to explore new techniques of expression. Furthermore, we have collaborated with artists from various disciplines, delving into synergies between art and other forms of expression.
This is the tenth edition of INFLUX festival [ video on stage ] that, once again, collaborates with Antic Teatre to promote artists who use video and digital media as an integral aspect of artistic expression in their stage proposals. The festival includes works by visual artists, musicians, poets, dancers, performers or theatrical creators who work in the in-between and hybrid spaces. INFLUX aims to provide visibility for local creators from Barcelona and Catalonia and wants to help display the diversity that exists in contemporary creation. The INFLUX festival is organized by HABITUAL VIDEO TEAM.
