Pienso casa, digo silla is a continuation of our previous joint piece Kopfkino, where we took on the personae of female cinematic bodies to question the influence of fiction in the construction of our identities. This time we are focusing on the experiencies of visionary women of the Middle Ages, to examine what belief means in our secularised world. [+ read more]

La Ciudad (New drama / premiere)

La Ciudad brings together nine spectators and one performer seated around a surface that could be identified as a table, but that soon becomes a screen; a common space for receiving, emitting and exchanging information. La Ciudad provides an intimate environment, thanks to a reduced audience and the theatrical setting, from which to converse with the city outside, whether real or invented (it makes no difference). A NATION IS BORN IN ME seizes the encounter between performer and audience, transforming our presence into a slippery battlefield. Antic Teatre is the place from which risk emerges: the shows put on throughout the year are innovative, radical, contemporary, and critical, and the Grec Festival provides us with a concentrated opportunity to connect with them in a new way.
