The love of risk!
Random is a show that explores theatrical situations to their limits, sometimes falling into absurdity or total eccentricity in an unaffected manner.
With this first show, Joel Marti and Pablo Molina play along lines bordering on danger, seeking a freshness of scenery with an almost cruel sincerity.
Balances, contortion, wire, dance, theatre and troubling dialogues for a barely believable story, narrated by this “borderline” personality duo, who are ready for anything. They like what they do, and guess what? It shows!
Pablo Molina, 24, verticalist and dancer. Trained at Rogelio Rivel Circus school and at Le Lido. He has danced street-style from the age of 10. In the summer of 2016 he toured with Le Lido’s end of course show. He has took part in the Arto Street Festival with solo piece Miniatures, and performed with Cirque aux Jacobins of the European Circus programme.
Joel Martí Melero, 27, balancer and wire acrobat. He trained at Balthazar circus school, at the School of Eccentric Theater and Clown Le Samovar and at Toulouse’s circus school Le Lido. His artistic experiences include dinner-show Un fuego lento in 2012, a tour performing ‘crazy’ stunts on the wire, and Pals, a performance by Cíclicus company.
