Cruuu is a process: the process of a being’s self-discovery in front of the audience. This discovery will lead her to various metamorphoses. It is a journey towards a primordial, almost ancestral innocence, with a healthy dose of absurdity; a journey from the smallest, most sensitive starting point to madness and emotional outburst. Relying on visual humour and no words, the piece combines the movement poetics of dance with the emotionality and specific behaviour of the clown.

Diana Gadish has a personal and unclassifiable artistic language, with the body, dance and clown as the central axis. She studied the first cycle of Fine Arts at the U.B. and choreography at S.N.D.O. (School for New Dance Development) in Amsterdam. Both as a performer and with her own creations, she has performed in Catalonia and in several European and Latin American countries and since 2015 she has been working as a hospital clown with Pallapupas.
