This show is built on the mystery that surrounds the sense of identity. It calls up a remote past in which this binarism probably did not exist. Through sound, movement and image, we will expand the poetic text of the book to embody it in an accompanied solo. Who is this someone- us that we lost?

Anna Pantinat is a performance artist and author of three poetry books. She sings, plays keyboards and theremin, and composes for punk band Pentina’t Lula. Trained at the Barcelona Conservatori Municipal Superior, she soon discovered an interest in other disciplines. She studied theatre and took part as creator and performer in a series of underground companies. She has been awarded several poetry prizes and had her work published in anthologies. She has also collaborated in talks on literature and books on various media. Her work has been seen at festivals such as LEM, Embarra’t, Poesia i +, and Barcelona’s Poetry Week with the Creadors en Residència project.

Raquel Tomàs. After studying Catalan Language at Barcelona University, and Direction and Dramaturgy at the Institut del Teatre and the Nouvelle Sorbonne in Paris, she directed and wrote theatrical texts to subsequently hybridise her interest in the written word with other languages such as dance, objects, or performance. She is continuously searching for new ways to experiment and collaborate with creators from other fields, as it is this space for dialogue that mosts interests her in creative work. Over the past few years she has developed dramaturgical projects in Barcelona and Mexico, has collaborated in the launch of a fanzine, and has played keyboards in a post-punk band. In between, she writes sporadically and takes part in various artistic practices in the fields of choreography and live arts.

Chini (Hernán Curioni). Born in Buenos Aires, he has lived in Barcelona for the past 19 years. As an illustrator, art director, and video producer and designer for theatre and opera he works under the name YOU ARE SO OVERRATED. He is the author of comic strip Jordi el Mosso d’Escuadra sensible and has produced videoclips for Mueran Humanos, Hans Laguna, and Les Sueques among others. As video designer he has worked on the operas Madame Butterfly (Sodre, 2018, Uruguay) and Man from La Mancha (KVS, 2018, Brussels). He has created live visuals for Mueran Humanos (LEM), Earzumba (Sonar), Bradien, and Dead Skeletons (Primavera Sound).
