Pfff, història d’una fitball is a humour-filled musical that invites the viewer to step into the shoes of a fitball sick and tired of being used by society. “Fit”, our protagonist, wants to get out of the gym and see the world, but she feels cloistered and alone. She decides to share her existential doubts with the rest of the mundane fitballs without any aspiration. As a light, a bright bubble is presented as an alternative model of life. Will our frustrated fitball manage to get out of this hell? A reflection about our existence, the fears and ghosts that do not let us move forward and get over our daily struggles. Deep drama with a humorous and fantastical pop language, which enfolds through a scenography made 100% of fitballs.

Estel Boada. After studying Fine Arts, she became interested in design, drawing, performative arts, space , collectivity and voice. Playing with humour, absurdity and trash, Estel always ends up talking in a burlesque way about her life as a frustrated diva. Among her interventions stand out: Kslkkda (Virreina and Can Balaguer), Vital el Musical (Antic Teatre + NyamNyam), Esperit de Clor al MAC (Mataró), El Hechizo (Residencia #Ey!MAD), De Kathedraal: the History of Construction (Nau Estruch) and PERTÚ (the offering) funded by BCN Producció-La Capella. She has curated different cycles and self-managed contemporary art festivals such as the Macarena Cycle, the Assault (EART), El Ciclo del Siglo, and the Catenària Cycle (La Massana). She teaches intergenerational singing classes, is part of the MACBA pedagogical department and is the vocalist and composer of the electropop group Sosun.dance.
