K.P. / ANTIC 2026 GUIDELINES
CALL FOR CREATION AND EXHIBITION
In line with their support for creativity and the performing arts, Antic Teatre and CC Parc Sandaru are organising K.P. / Antic 2026.
All companies or creators in the field of the performing arts are eligible to participate, provided that they are committed to quality, continuity and dedication in whatever discipline they practise, and that they meet the conditions and deadlines set out in these guidelines:
1. Submission deadline
Proposals will be accepted from 20 February to 20 March (both inclusive).
Proposals received outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Project characteristics
The project submitted must be newly created and not have been previously released, although it may be derived from a research process or previous work.
If the project incorporates content from other authors, this must be duly authorised by the rights holders. Otherwise, responsibility will fall on the participating group.
3. Selection criteria
When selecting projects, special attention will be given to initiatives that take risks in production, artistic research and contemporary creation, as well as in the exploration of new languages, formats or performance processes.
4. Target audience
The call for proposals is aimed at contemporary creative projects intended for adult audiences, in line with the programming policies of the venues involved.
5. Documentation to be submitted
To participate, you must submit a dossier that includes:

Work proposal: description of the project, synopsis and artistic details.

Technical details and requirements: technical requirements for rehearsals and the premiere..

Work schedule: availability, space required and rehearsal needs (to be agreed with the centre’s performing arts team).

Curriculum vitae of the company and its members.

Materials from previous creations, as reference material.

7. Conditions and resources offered

Personalised assistance adapted to the needs of each company.

Use of rehearsal rooms under the following conditions:
CC Parc Sandaru:

Last two weeks of June

First two weeks of July

First week of September
Antic Teatre:
-
One week during the month of August
€1,500 grant to support the production of the show.
Storage space for props during the rehearsal months and until the opening night.
Technical assistance during set-up and performance. Companies must provide their own lighting and sound technicians for the performance, in coordination with the technical team at the venues.
Promotion of the show through the centres’ 2.0 platforms.
Invitation to programmers and professionals in the sector.
Exhibition:

Work in progress at the CC Parc Sandaru in September 2026.

Programming of the show within the 2026/27 season of the Antic Teatre.
Full box office takings on the day of the premiere (excluding taxes).
8. Selection process
Once the proposals have been received, a pre-selection process will be carried out and interviews will be arranged with the selected companies.
A work schedule will be agreed with the companies that are ultimately chosen, and the corresponding agreements and commitments will be formalised.
9. Communication of results
Participating companies will be informed of the selection results by email before 30 April 2026.
10. Final provisions
Any issues not covered in these rules will be resolved by the organisation, which reserves the right to modify them. Participating companies will be duly informed of any changes.
