A director (who is also a granddaughter, daughter, sister and cousin) suggests to the women of her family that they create a show: a collective autofiction where they all represent themselves, and where they show their connections to dance. The family has doubts. Anna (the director), elaborates: a dialogue using movement, senses and words, to explain their reality as a family. Anna her mother, Cèlia, Carme mother and Carme daughter, Lúa, Zoe and Itzel (the family) accept, but they want it to be clear that they aren’t professionals. Anna the director explains they’ll be putting the show on at Antic Teatre, it’ll be very performative, there’ll be a lot of dramatic truth, and a bunch other things she makes up in order to convince them. And here you are.
